Gateway was built from the ground up, out of necessity, to provide clients with something the industry has been lacking. Clients demand trustworthy and respectable businesses, but they so often tolerate incompetent, disrespectful, and greedy workers. All of these problems are solved when: proper training is provided to the technicians that already have a sense of curiosity and willingness to learn. Instillment of a sense of pride in technicians for the work they perform; Realizing that their actions have an immediate and lasting effect on those around them. Finally, proper compensation for and investment in a technician by a business. So often I’ve seen businesses with high turnover rate that don’t think great benefits and long-term career opportunities are worth offering to a technician.
Through my countless service calls I have met a wide variety of customers. I have seen first-hand that there is a need for a business willing to uphold these core values. A lot of clients want a cheap fix for most problems, and there will always be someone who is willing to provide that type of service. But I’ve found that it’s not sustainable for a business to cater to those situations. I am more concerned with long-term outcomes, and to ensure the longevity of Gateway as a provider of services that will not compromise quality for cost. The majority of my customers expect the most from Gateway, and we will continue to provide for them the utmost care and respect.
What Does Gateway Stand For?
Gateway is a business built around creating mutually beneficial relationships with its clients. It’s imperative to have a mutual understanding for any services being provided and any agreements that will be made. This requires trust and respect from both the business and the client.
To build trust, there must be a sense of professionalism established with a company. We do that by providing top-level customer experiences, being educated on all aspects of our work, and exceeding expectations of our clients. Trust is a natural byproduct of these traits because it shows that we take pride in the work we are performing, hold ourselves to the highest standards, and can follow through with our claims to produce results.
Respect is earned from our clients by expecting the most of them. We invite them to be more involved in the maintenance of our work, and value their time by providing efficient repairs that minimize future breakdowns. Gateway strives to perform repairs that we can stand behind, and will always go the extra mile to ensure our customers have peace of mind when interacting with our work. We always intend to educate clients on the expectations of whatever repairs we may be performing, and the different levels of reliability that can come with premium services.
